If you have not used up all of your recording attempts you may hit the record button again to rerecord over your previous attempt. If you have used all of your recording attempts but still wish to rerecord, use the support option to contact us to see if your questionnaire qualifies for a reset which would have to be done by your recruiter. If your interview is reset this would allow you to re-do your entire interview or just the one question.which would allow you to re-start your interview.
