There was likely due to an issue with the candidate recording with one or more response. If you cannot watch or hear the videos because of a technical problem you can choose to resend the full interview or just individual questions. Select individual questions or all and click resend. If you have resent the interview already and are seeing a black box, the media may be in the process of being replaced.
