Resets are only allowed in cases where there are extenuating circumstances or technical issues. Please submit a ticket with details of your issues and we will forward your request to the recruiting team for review. If your request is granted you will receive a new invitation. If you don't receive a new invitation then you can assume your redo request was not approved.
