If you are on an Android or iOS phones place your finger or thumb toward the top of the screen and slide it downward. This will automatically reload the page and you should see a circle image with an arrow. This will indicate it is reloaded. When you reload a page it will take you back to the last uncompleted question in your video interview and you may proceed as normal.
