This may be due to a problem with your internet connection. Close out the browser and restart your device. Then you can return to your interview from your invitation and it will jump you back to where you left off and you can proceed to complete the interview. Send us a note when you finish and we will review your file and ensure that all your responses have been correctly received. We will also reset a question if required.
