Most issues can be resolved by completely restarting your device to ensure there are no conflicting video conferencing applications running. If you have already submitted any responses they will not be lost. After restarting, open up a Chrome browser and return to your interview. It will bring you back to where you left off. If you continue to have issues it could be that your wifi is unstable or your security is not allowing the camera application. On rare occasions, we do see this.  To identify if this is the issue try responding from your mobile phone using data instead of wifi. Submit a ticket if you continue to have issues.
